Paid for my product to be delivered by express post. When I didn’t receive it after over a week I emailed asking for an update and received no response. After several more days, I found other email addresses and tried them, again no response. No phone number could be found to contact the company. After several weeks I contacted my Bank to dispute the payment to the company thinking I had been defrauded of my money. Then after over a month, the product arrived in an express post envelope…. Horrendous experience.
